The BIS Ringers are an ensemble of students who play hand chimes, a type of hand bell. They develop skills in music reading, team work and commitment while performing as an instrumental group. Bolivar's tone chime choir consists of 18 children [4th or 5th graders] who meet every Thursday after school from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
