Most chord changes you'll come across are written in Concert Pitch (piano pitch).  Use the chart below to figure out how your written pitch compares to concert pitch.  Remember, the concert pitches listed here are in the key of Bb and you may need to adjust up or down a half step if the concert pitch you are looking for is different.
